Each package of Yvoire Classic S contains 1 prefilled 1mL syringe, 22mg/ml cross-linked hyaluronic acid solution, and 27G and 30G Terumo thin-walled needles. This product should be stored for no longer than 18 months in a hermetic container. It should be kept between 2 and 25°C and should be stowed out of the reach of light.

HOW DOES YVOIRE CLASSIC S WORK?

HOW TO INJECT YVOIRE CLASSIC S?
To ensure patient safety and the procedure’s efficacy, Yvoire Classic S should only be administered by properly licensed medical practitioners. Moreover, those injecting this cosmetic filler must have suitable knowledge regarding facial anatomy and appropriate injection techniques. This product should not be used for purposes other than augmentation of facial tissue, and should not be used in areas that have already been treated with other filling agents.
Prior to the appointment, advise your patient not to wear heavy makeup, drink alcohol, or take ginseng. At the time of injection, remove any makeup or natural oil from the face, and disinfect the skin.
During the injection process, apply even, gentle pressure on the plunger rod. Injection techniques may vary based on the depth and quantity of injection gel, although many practitioners have noted the individual or concurrent use of the linear threading technique and serial punctual injections.
After the procedure, massage the face to ensure even distribution of the filler. If any areas appear blanched, massage them until normal color returns. Furthermore, the syringe must be immediately discarded according to safety guidelines.
Patients should avoid touching the treated area for 3 to 4 hours post-injection. At this time, they may lightly wash the face, but makeup should not be worn for 1 full day after the procedure. Smoking and drinking, laser cosmetic procedures, and massages near the injection site are not recommended for up to 2 weeks after injection.

The longevity of Yvoire Classic S is dependent on the patient. In some cases, multiple treatments may be necessary to achieve the patient’s desired effect.
IS YVOIRE CLASSIC S SAFE?
For some individuals, Yvoire Classic S may not be a viable treatment option. Most notably, those prone to hypertrophic scarring, a history of streptococcal disease, hypersensitivity to hyaluronic acid, an active infection, bleeding disorders, or an active herpetic eruption should not be injected with this filler. Additionally, lactating or pregnant women, children, and those who have recently had laser therapy or chemical peeling may not be treated with Yvoire Classic S.
SIDE EFFECTS of YVOIRE CLASSIC S
While generally minor in nature, it is possible for reactions to occur after injection with Yvoire Classic S. Usually, they will resolve themselves within a week of the procedure. However, a physician must address any issues that persist longer than this.
